• A LITTLE HISTORY

Over sixty years ago, in the spring of 1944, Ethel and Edward Wilson opened the doors to their small men and women’s clothing store in the heart of Wickford Village. They had the idea that with exceptional quality, unrivaled customer service, and a good old-fashion smile, they could provide an enjoyable way to shop for residents not only of Wickford, but Southern New England alike. For decades, Wilson’s has remained committed to its goal of serving its customers in every way possible.

Today, Wilson’s of Wickford can still be found in the same spot it first opened its doors seventy years ago. Wilson’s has remained family owned, as their son, Paul, and grandson Jim are owners today. Inside you will find fine men and women’s apparel, accompanied by gracious employees, eager to lend a hand. So whether you are shopping for a gift, or perhaps something for yourself, stop by Wilson’s, say hello, and allow us to assist you, however we may help.
